No refund or credit will be given for missed lessons, however, make-up lessons will be available at the instructor’s discretion. It is requested that the instructor be contacted at least 24 hours before any absence, or by 9:00 a.m. the day of the lesson in the case of sickness.
Valley View Baptist Church is a private organization that allows Gaston Music Studio to make use of their facilities each week. Their policy per the Board of Trustees is that no child is allowed to be alone on the property with a non-related adult for any reason. Due to this policy, a parent or another responsible adult designated by the parent must accompany anyone under age 18 to each lesson and remain on the premises for the duration of the lesson.
Gaston Music Studio provides a fun and easy way for both students and parents to keep track of important lesson information. Each student will be given their own username and password to access the studio portal.
